Why this site exists

Most coverage of this category is a rewritten press release with a referral link attached. The figures are the operator figures, the payout times are copied from a help page, and nobody involved has ever filed a redemption. That annoyed us enough to build an alternative.

What we do

We open accounts, fund them, play the promotional balance down, file a redemption and time it. Three times per brand, across three separate weeks. Then we write down what happened, including the parts that make an operator look bad, and rank the list by results rather than by the size of the welcome offer.

How it is paid for

Affiliate commission, disclosed on every page that carries it. The rate is agreed before testing and cannot change once a score is published. Several ranked brands pay us nothing and sit precisely where the testing put them. If a commercial arrangement ever required us to move a score, we would end the arrangement.

What we are not

We are not a casino. We take no stakes, hold no funds and process no redemptions, and we cannot intervene in a dispute with an operator. We are also not lawyers, and nothing here is legal advice about your state. For anything involving your account, operator support is the only useful destination.

Corrections

If a figure here is wrong, tell us. We check it and fix it in place, with a note on what changed. Being corrected is considerably better than being quoted inaccurately.
