Every account was opened the way a reader opens one and funded from our own budget. We refuse comped balances, test accounts and press credentials, because an account the operator knows is being watched will not behave the way yours does.

Three filings, middle result

A single quick payout proves one request went through on one day. We file three per brand across three separate weeks and publish the middle figure rather than the best one. Where the middle figure is materially worse than the operator advertises, we say so in the review.

What the score weighs

Payout speed carries the most weight, because it is what goes wrong most often and what readers ask about most. Redeemable value comes second, counted as the promotional figure alone with the gold disregarded entirely. Then play-through, then the floor, then whether the rules document matches what the cashier actually does. Library size and interface polish count least, because a beautiful casino that pays slowly is still a casino that pays slowly.

Money and independence

Some links here pay us when a reader registers. The rate is agreed before testing starts and cannot be renegotiated after publication. Several ranked brands pay us nothing and hold the positions the testing gave them. No operator has seen a review before it went live and placement is not for sale at any price.

Keeping it current

Terms move. One-times becomes two-times, floors rise, cashiers slow down after a growth spurt. We re-fund and re-test the full list twice a year and update individual entries sooner when a reader tells us something has changed.
