What this is

USA Sweepstakes Network publishes independent reviews and comparisons of sweepstakes casinos available in the United States. We operate no gaming service, accept no stakes, hold no customer funds and process no redemptions. Using this site means accepting the terms below.

Accuracy

We test what we publish and still cannot guarantee every figure is current at the moment you read it. Operators change packages, play-through requirements, floors and processing times without notice. Where our information and an operator rules page disagree, the rules page governs and should be read before registering.

Who may use it

You must be at least eighteen, and some operators require twenty-one regardless of state law. Availability is determined by the operator rather than by us. Nothing here is an offer to provide gaming services in any jurisdiction.

Commercial links

Some outbound links generate commission when a reader registers. This is disclosed sitewide and on individual pages. Rates are fixed before testing and have no bearing on rankings, scores or review content.

Liability

Everything here is information. We accept no liability for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of it, from third-party operator conduct, or from site downtime. Your use of any casino is governed entirely by the agreement between you and that operator.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version published when you use the site is the version that applies.
