USA Sweepstakes NetworkCorrections, questionsand the rest
We read everything that arrives. We cannot resolve an operator account dispute, but we can point you at the desk that can.
Adults only. Gold Coins never convert to cash. Free postal entry accepted at every brand listed. Helpline 1-800-522-4700.
Corrections
If a figure here is out of date or an operator has changed its terms, send us the detail and we will re-check it. Corrections take priority over everything else in the inbox and are made in place with a note explaining the change.
Reader questions
Ask anything about how the category works, what a term means, or why a brand sits where it does. We answer directly and your details go nowhere else.
Account trouble
We cannot access, unlock, verify or pay out on any casino account, because we operate none of them. If a redemption has stalled or a balance has disappeared, operator support is the only party that can act. Our reviews record how responsive each one was.
Operators
You are welcome to get in touch. What is not available is placement, pre-publication review or any influence over a score. A commercial arrangement covers a link and nothing more, and it is disclosed on every page that carries it.
Support for gambling harm
If gambling has stopped being fun, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is 1-800-522-4700, free and available around the clock. That call will do more than anything we can send you.
